Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • During high order volumes, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Free shipping offers may be available on selected products or order values and are subject to change without prior notice.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times:

  • Gujarat: 2–5 business days

  • Major Metro Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Other Locations in India: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier service availability and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

You can use the tracking details to monitor your shipment's progress.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Public holidays

  • Government restrictions

  • Courier partner delays

  • Remote serviceable locations

AJIVA shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • Delivery may be delayed.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address details may require re-shipping charges.

Damaged Packages

If you receive a damaged package:

  • Record an unboxing video before opening the package.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share photographs and videos for verification.

Claims made without supporting evidence may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Lost Shipments

If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery notification.

We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the issue.

Currently, AJIVA ships only within India.
