AJIVA Return & Refund Policy

At AJIVA, we strive to provide premium-quality herbal and handmade cosmetic products. Customer satisfaction is important to us; however, due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain conditions apply to returns and refunds.

Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged during transit.
• Product received is defective or expired.
• Incorrect product was delivered.

To initiate a return request, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photographs and/or an unboxing video as proof.

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Opened or used soaps, cosmetics, or personal care products.
• Products with tampered or broken packaging.
• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage.
• Products purchased during promotional, clearance, or special sale events.

Refund Policy

• Once the return request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for purchase.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to the customer's bank account after verification.

Replacement Policy

If a product is found to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, AJIVA may provide a replacement at no additional cost, subject to product availability.

Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
• Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
